Sanctuary Lakes Resort is being developed by LinksLiving on behalf of the Sanctuary Lakes Joint Venture, which comprises LinksLiving and the Roche family, a team very experienced in residential development.

LinksLiving is an experienced manager, developer and investor in masterplanned and golf lifestyle communities. Sanctuary Lakes Resort and the Sandhurst Club are two major projects they have an equity interest in and are currently developing. LinksLiving has the management and financial resources available to participate in new projects and intends to carefully expand to become Australia’s leader in this particular ‘niche’ market.

The Roche family has an extensive development history dating back to the 1930’s in mining and civil engineering development and more recently in property development since the 1970’s.
