Sanctuary Lakes Club offers an unsurpassed range of facilities for its members including an 18 hole Greg Norman designed championship golf course.

Greg Norman invested a significant amount of his time and energy in ensuring a superb quality course for Sanctuary Lakes Club, one that ranks in the top 100 in Australia and plays host to the Victorian PGA Championship. Norman's design is a picture of contrasts, of colours, textures, easy options and calculated gambles. Throughout the whole course, an inspired design masterpiece challenges and rewards the player.

For those who are constantly seeking to improve their game, there's everything you need. State of the art practice facilities include a 300 metre driving range (enclosed and grassed), short game practice area and expansive practice green. But if it's more than just a facility to perfect your swing that you need, then the highly respected Brett Le Brocque Teaching Academy can provide expert tuition on every aspect of your game.

Beyond the course there's plenty more to entice you. The beautifully appointed clubhouse includes a members' lounge, restaurant and function rooms all overlooking the 18th fairway and lake.

Golf members also have access to the club's health club which currently includes an indoor swimming pool, gym and tennis courts.

Membership of Sanctuary Lakes Club also entitles you to privileged access to the two 18 hole courses and the other recreation and hospitality facilities at Sandhurst Club, Home of the PGA of Australia, in Melbourne's south east.

Golf Membership entitles you to either midweek (5 days Monday to Friday) or 7 day playing rights (Gold Golf Membership) to play at the club's prestigious Greg Norman designed golf course. 7 day members also gain access to the Club's gym, swimming pool and tennis courts, all with no waiting list!

The 2009/2010 year's subscription fee for a 7 day Gold Golf Membership is $2195 plus a hospitality levy of $365, which averages out to just $213 per month!

5 Day (midweek) membership costs just $3.30 a day!

To make things even easier for you, we are offering the option to pay the Club's standard annual fees by direct debit of monthly installments (which incurs a small monthly administrative fee of $5.75).

Don't think about it for too long though, as the gold 7 day and midweek offers are available for a limited time before the membership registers are closed.

This is an ideal opportunity to join with a few friends all at the same time.

In summary, here's what you get:

Full 5 or 7 days playing rights;
right to play in relevant Club competitions;
no waiting list;
access to all the Club's facilities, including members' lounge, health club and tennis courts (7 day members only) and golf practice range; and
the right to invite guests to play with you, upon payment of a guest's green fee.

Membership processing period on average is less than 3 weeks.

7 day Gold Memberships are transferrable, meaning they can be traded (sold), leased or bequeathedMembership costs at present are as follows:

Option 1

'Gold' Membership is based on single payment of $2,500, or $3,000 in installments over 24 months, and allows 7 day a week access to all facilities (course, clubhouse, gym and range)
These memberships types at Sanctuary Lakes are fully transferable (ie can be sold in the future), can be rented out to another person (for a minimum 12 month period) and can be bequeathed in a will
If you purchase this type of membership then the Annual Fees are $2560, for the financial year of 2009/20010, inclusive of all charges and taxes

Option 2

Mid Week Membership. This new membership category, with no joining fee, was launched in July 2009, and is a non ownership option (lease) that allows play from Monday to Friday, and costs just $3.30 a day ($1200 for the full financial year, which is prorated) including Clubhouse Levy!
Clubhouse and driving range access is 7 days a week
This membership is effectively only for golf playing rights (no health club access permitted) and is not transferrable, and no change of player can occur under it
NO JOINING FEE!
